DON MILLER REVISITS MANGAR 30 YEARS LATER

Don Miller first met David and Francesca Garman in their cottage on a welsh hillside over 30 years ago. Don was an Area Sales Engineer for a well known supplier at a time when David was sourcing the parts for what became known as The Mangar Portable Bathlift, the world's first structured portable bathlift.

Starting a business in a small way is always difficult because suppliers are more interested in supplying in huge volumes of course, but Don managed to persuade his bosses Mangar was worth supplying in a small way to begin with, and the rest, as they say.....is history!!!!

30 years later Don is a retired widower living in east Anglia.He is 85 years old and has a hip replaced twice. When he found bathing difficult, the first company he thought about contacting was Mangar!

Now he is enjoying his Mangar Bathing cushion, 'It is a pleasure to get into and out of the bath with the use of the Mangar Bathing cushion' he wrote to us, 'I have scored it as 'excellent ' in every way and no way would I consider any other product'
