Servicing Options
We strive to provide our customers with reliable and durable products of the highest quality. In addition to a standard Mangar guarantee, and for added peace of mind, our servicing division, PrimeServe, also offers two service options.
We know that when it comes to servicing your bathlift or personal lifting equipment, everyone's requirements and priorities are different. So we have extended our customer service provision to offer a service structure that can be tailored to your individual needs.
How does it work?
We now offer two servicing options:
- Extended Warranty* covers the immediate replacement of any parts that are faulty on your bathlift or lifting equipment (excluding Airflo compressor batteries). It also provides Call Out Protection to ensure that in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your bath lift or lifting equipment we will arrange for one of our Engineers to visit you free of charge.
- Annual Service and Clean** - we will arrange for an annual visit from one of our Engineers to give your bath lift or lifting equipment a service to ensure it is performing well. We will also give the product a thorough clean. The service includes a PAT test to check that the electrical parts are safe. A LOLER inspection procedure is also available upon request. Please note this does not cover any parts that may need to be replaced during the service.
